Yes and no. I need to be able to reach you for feedback, requested edits, etc. Your prompt feedback keeps me moving through your tasks to get as much done as possible. That being said, you don’t need to be sitting by your phone or computer all day, but you can expect to hear from me.
Do I need to be available all day for Both of the INTENSIVE DAYS?
Of course! Standard payment is 50% at booking, and 50% due on the first day of the intensive. If you need an alternative plan please reach out so we can discuss options.
Do you offer payment plans?
Questions about anything we built or worked on during your intensive. If something isn't behaving the way it should, or you need a refresher on how a piece works, that's what it's for. New projects or unrelated tech questions would be a fit for another intensive, and I'm always happy to talk through what that could look like.
What does the 30 days of support cover?
As a mom I totally get it - stuff happens. If your schedule changes, you just haven’t been able to fully complete your pre-work, or something else pops up rescheduling is 100% an option. I just ask for 1 week notice so I can adjust my schedule accordingly.
What if I need to reschedule?

Before your intensive begins, we lock in your exact priority list together on the strategy call, so you know going in what your days will cover. What happens if something on my list doesn't get finished?
Anything we don't get to is documented in your report with clear next steps, so nothing falls into a black hole. If it's something you'd rather not handle yourself, we can talk about booking additional time. And if something unexpected comes up mid-intensive that changes the plan, we'll decide together how to adjust priorities before anything shifts.
