Secure Your Date
Choose your desired date on my booking calendar. I typically book at least 3-4 weeks out (which is perfect to give you time to complete your pre-work!) Your intensive date will be confirmed with a signed agreement + 50% non-refundable deposit.

Pre-Intensive Prep Work
Follow my step by step guides to complete your pre-work. This is super important to help me prepare so that I can work effectively and efficiently on the day of your intensive! We’ll have a kickoff strategy call the week before to review everything together.

It’s Go Time! Intensive Day
On the day of your intensive we’ll communicate through Slack or Voxer - your choice of communication channel. I’ll be working through your list, but will reach out as needed depending on the tasks. Please note this is not an in-person or Zoom Intensive!
El Fin!
I’ll send a report by 10 AM the following morning outlining the work completed with any additional training videos. You’ll also have my support for 30 days via email or messenger for any questions that come up related to the work completed.

Common Questions
What is an Intensive?
An intensive is a focused day dedicated to your business during which a designated project or set of tasks is completed to move your business towards its goals.
What is possible to complete in a day? Can I find out what’s possible before I book?
Absolutely! This will vary from client to client based on your goals, needs, and complexity of tasks. Schedule a discovery call here where we can chat more specifically about your business.
Do I need to be available all day for the Intensive?
Yes and no. I need to be able to reach you for feedback, requested edits, etc. Your prompt feedback keeps me moving through your tasks to get as much done as possible. That being said you don’t need to be sitting by your phone or computer all day, but you can expect to hear from me.
Do you offer payment plans?
Of course! Standard payment is 50% at booking, and 50% due on the day of the intensive. If you need an alternative plan please reach out so we can discuss options.
What if I need to reschedule?
As a mom I totally get it - stuff happens. If your schedule changes, you just haven’t been able to fully complete your pre-work, or something else pops up rescheduling is 100% an option. I just ask for 1 week notice so I can adjust my schedule accordingly.
